Returns & Exchanges Policy

 Refund/Return Policy: No returns or refunds. All sales are final. All products are produced at the time of your order. Once an order is placed the entries for the giveaway are automatically submitted and cannot be tampered with once submitted. No refunds will be issued following the completion of a giveaway campaign, barring extreme exceptions. 

 

Errors Upon Receiving Product: If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately! Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a re-issuance, or, in extreme cases, a refund. Please send an email to contact@itsjusta6.com with your order number and a photo of the defective / wrong product.
